Alcoholic Skinny Legs

Orecchiette Senatore Cappelli with dried mushrooms, sausage and chopped chervil


Spring is beginning .... the first insects begin to hum in the air ... the fields are filled with flowers and the sun in the sky brings back a few more hours.
Another winter, deep in thought, is gone ... so I wanted to remember with this dish.
Two delicious ingredients, substantial and mountain accompganre for good pasta, the first perfumed by herbs that are growing in the herbarium.
What more could you want from life? Just brown the sausage
stop the knife, adding a little 'butter, then add the mushrooms and cook with the water soaking wet mushrooms themselves.
After cooking and adds a little 'fresh cream (I ask forgiveness to picky here ... but the cream is used) and scolateci the dough with your fingers broken .... chervil and stir a couple of minutes.
Buen provecho !!!!!
